Herbal Piles cream

Many of the people around the world are suffering from piles. It is also known as hemorrhoids.

Piles is a bulging in your anal canal, caused by varicose of the venous plexus in the anus.

There are four degrees classified by western medicine.

1^st degree – there is little or a little bit more fresh blood before or while or after passing stool but there is no bulging out of your anus.

2^nd degree – there is a bulging coming out while passing stool and spontaneously goes up after defecation. It may with or without bleeding.

3^rd degree – it is the severe form of piles, called external piles. There is a bulging coming out, but it does not go spontaneously, you have to push back into your anus.

4^th degree - it is more severe, the bulging never go back when you pushing too. The bulging is squished between your anal sphincters. So cause severe pain. It needs emergency surgical reduction.

If you are trying to cure this without any surgical management, you want to do this in 1^st and 2^nd degrees. Otherwise, you need surgical management.

Here I am explain a good Ayurveda piles cream from Himalaya products called Pilex.

It is a mixture of herbs when you using it, it reduces pain, discomfort, itching and it mainly reducing the size of your anal varicose. That means the cream curing your piles progressively.

How it works?

I am going to explain its content and their medicinal actions

1. Mimosa pudica
• This is a herb we often used for diabetes, but one research found that it cures 2^nd degree uterine prolapse. So I think in our case it strings the elastic tissues in the anal mucosa, that’s why piles reduced.
2. Eclipta alba 
• Researches show it can be used for bowl inflammatory conditions, constipation. Traditionally we used for liver problems.
3. Vitex negundo 
• In our Siddha medicine, we used this plant any kind of body pain, so in our case, this herb reduces pain conditions in the anal canal
4. Calendula officinalis
• This is a decoration flower plant, it has medicinal values. In Siddha and traditional medicine, the leaves of the plant grind with lemon juice and apply externally for varicose veins. Note, here piles also varicosity.
5. Cinnamomum camphora 
• It is a caustic, in our Siddha medicine a caustic (called Karam) used for Piles, Sinus, Fistula and for cleaning ulcers.
6. Yashada bhasma
• it is a preparation of Zinc, there are no uses of metals and minerals in Ayurveda. only Siddha medicine, using metals and minerals for their medicine preparation.  Zinc deduce pain and inflammation in the anus
7. Azadirachta indica
• This herb has all anti-microbial actions
8. Ailanthus excelsa
9. Blumea balsamifera
10. Allium ascalonicum
11. Acrous calamus
• This herb has all anti-microbial actions
12. Solanum nigrum   

How to use it?

After the evacuation, you can directly apply the cream into your anus. I recommend that use morning and night before going to bed. 

There is an applier come with the cream, connect it with the cream tube then insert into anal canal then squeeze little amount fo Pilax cream in your anus.

After that clean, the applier with hot water, close the nob.

How long can use?

After one month you will get the best result.

For better result, you must maintain proper fiber diet, if necessary you can use laxatives and don't straining while passing stool.
